The Campus of Ourense counts with a synthetic grass field to practice football (7, 8 and 11) and rugby.
Rules of use
- To access these facilities you will need group reservations. You can make both midfield and full field reservations.
- To each reservation, the rate applied will be the one corresponding to the person with the least amount of vantages among the participants.
- The person responsible of the reservation will have to identify themselves at the university pavilion concierge before the activity starts. For free reservations for the university community, everyone who participates in the activity must identify themselves.
- The minimum number of members of the university community necessary to request a free reservation of this facility is 14 people (midfield) or 22 people (full field). If this requirement is not achieved, the general rate for non-university people will be applied.
- In case one or both sides of the field are free, they will be available for free at that exact moment for any member of the university community (weekends are not included) even if they do not meet the reequirement of minimum number of people needed established in the previous point.
- Practice must be carried out with rubber or metal cleats.
- Eating and smoking is not allowed in the entirety of the sports center.
CDU BeOne Ourense is a sports facility located in Campus Lagoas-Marcosende. It is managed by the company Serviocio and it counts with a 20 m long swimming pool, a room for directed activities and a cardio-fitness room. The university community can access the facility subscribing directly to CDU BeOne Ourense.

1.- Normas de uso xerais:
- Poderase acceder a esta instalación mediante entradas multideporte, abonos ou acordos de uso asinados e en vigor. Tamén será posible facer a reserva da instalación completa para realizar un uso exclusivo non compartido con outras persoas usuarias.
- O número mínimo necesario de persoas pertencentes á comunidade universitaria para poder realizar unha reserva gratuíta destas instalacións será de 20.
- As persoas deberán identificarse na conserxería do pavillón universitario antes de acceder á pista de atletismo.
- Non está permitido fumar nin comer en todo o recinto deportivo.
1.1 Carreiras:
- Realizaranse sempre con zapatillas de cravos dun máximo de 6 mm de lonxitude, agás no caso das rúas exteriores e 7 e 8 nas que poderán usarse zapatillas sen cravos.
- As rúas 1 e 2 quedan reservadas exclusivamente para competicións, polo que queda prohibida a súa utilización en adestramentos, salvo autorización expresa do SD.
- As series de menos de 150 metros realizaranse sempre na contrarrecta.
1.2 Saltos:
- Poderanse practicar con ou sen zapatillas de cravos.
- Os saltos de lonxitude e triplo realizaranse nos corredores e nos fosos de area.
- O salto de altura realizarase na media lúa na que estean instalados os saltómetros.
- O salto con pértega soamente poderá practicarse cando non exista actividade no campo de fútbol/rugby e será necesario acreditar a suficiente experiencia nesta actividade.
- Para a realización de multisaltos de adestramento poderanse utilizar ambas medias lúas ou os corredores de saltos.

Inside the university pavilion, the Campus of Ourense counts with an indoor multipurpose track to practice sports such as basketball, volleyball, indoor football, handball and badminton. For any other type of activity, it is necessary to request its use via e-mail (depor-po@uvigo.es) specifying the type and the characteristics of the activity.
Rules of use and reservation
- The access to these facilities will be granted through group reservations (full track or half track).
- For payment, the rate applied will be the one corresponding to the person with the least amount of advantages between the participants.
- The person responsible of the reservation must identify themselves at the concierge in the university pavilion before the activity starts. In case of free reservations for university community, all the participants must identify themselves.
- There must be at least 10 university community members for the full track or 6 members for half track to be able to make a free reservation. If these numbers are not achieved, the general rate for non university people will be applied.
- In case the track or some of its parts are not occupied, it will be possible to request it in that exact moment for free for anyone who is member of the university community (weekends are not included) even without the minimum number of participants established in the previous point.
- The sports practice will be carried out with proper clothing and footwear.
- It is not allowed to smoke or eat in the entirety of the sports center.

ADAPTATION OF THE FACILITIES
Inside the university pavilion in the Campus of Ourense there is a cardio-fitness room fully equipped for the development of different fitness activities.
This room is divided into a fitness and cardiovascular training area and a different area for directed activities such as zumba, power dumbell, hypopressives or stretching.
- You can access the facility with occasional entries, memberships or signed agreements with the University.
- You must be at least 16 years old to access this facility.
- Whenever the room reaches full capacity, access will be denied to new users until there are places available.
- It is not allowed to access with street footwear, slippers, sandals, non-sports clothing, bags or backpacks.
- The use of a towel inside the room is mandatory for hygiene purposes.
- Continued use of cardiovascular equipment (stepper, elliptical bike, indoor rower, treadmills...) must last a maximum of 30 minutes.
- All users must return the material they used for their training to its original place. In any case, the alteration of the conditions of use of the equipment (music equipment, bikes, mats, benches...) must be authorized by those in charge of the room.
- For security purposes, it is not allowed to overburden the machines with any additional weight.
- There will be general training routines available for any interested user and, if you need something more specific, do not hesitate to talk to the people in charge.
The Wellbeing, Health and Sports Department counts with a sports medicine and physiotherapy room (number of registration C-36-0015554)) inside the university pavilion for functional evaluations and treatments for users that request it.
There is a multipurpose room for the development of directed fitness activities inside the university pavilion of the Campus of Ourense.
- For directed activities, you can access with occasional sessions or vouchers.
- The multipurpose rooms can also be reserved by groups of people for the development of activities non-organized by the Wellbeing, Health and Sports Department. To request the reservation of this area, you must identify yourself in this website and issue a «multi-reservation request» specifying the information of your reservation.
- For payment, the fee applied will be the one corresponding to the person with the least amount of advantages amongst the participants.
- There must be at least 5 members of the university community to be able to make a free reservation of the multipurpose room.
- The person responsible of the reservation must identify themselves at the concierge in the university pavilion before the activity starts. For free reservations for the university community, all participants must identify themselves before the activity starts.
The Campus of Vigo has an area of table tennis inside the university pavilion. There is a total number of 3 tables to practice this sports discipline.
- You can access this facility with a reservation of a table. The maximum number of people per table is 4 people.
- For payment, the rate applied will be the one corresponding to the person with the least amount of advantages amongst the participants.
- The person responsible of the reservation must identify themselves at the concierge in the university pavilion before the activity starts. For free reservations, it will be necessary that all the participants identify themselves.
- There is not an specific dress code to play table tennis.
- It is not allowed to smoke or eat in the entire sports facility.
