1. What is personalized training in small groups?
The personal trainers are professionals of physical activity and sports who prescribe physical training individually, taking into account the goals of the users. This personalized training can be practiced in small groups who share goals and characteristics and thus strengthen users' motivation and adherence towards the physical exercises.
2. Target audience
Students, teaching and research staff (PDI) and administration and services staff (PAS). In case the minimum number of subscribers in any of the groups is reached, the subscription period will be open for non-university people until full capacity.
3. Programme duration
From September 3 to June 30, including two weekly sessions of physical exercise in small groups with a trainer (maximum of 5 people per time slot) and a third additional session on Fridays.
4. Main goals
To create healthy habits, improve the general physical condition and learn basic knowledge for a healthy and safe physical activity.

Description
1. Descrición: o jiu jitsu é un arte marcial e sistema de defensa persoal que se centra principalmente na loita corpo a corpo no chan e na utilización de luxacións, estrangulamentos, inmovilizacións e derribos.
2. Persoas destinatarias: persoas con abono Muver ou entrada multideporte.
3. Reserva de prazas: debe realizar nesta aplicación unha reserva de praza para cada sesión. Pode facelo cunha antelación máxima de 3 días e ata o momento no que comece a clase. No caso de que finalmente non poida asistir, lembra anular a súa reserva de sesión.
4. Material necesario: gi (uniforme específico de jiu jitsu) ou ben roupa deportiva que permita unha boa manipulación nas maniobras e que evite as queimaduras pola rozadura da pel directamente no tatami. Neste caso estaráimos falando de licra ou suadoiro moi fino na parte de arriba e unhas mallas ou pantalón de chandal que non abulten demasiado na parte de abaixo.

- Postura: mentres se equilibran o ton e a flexibilidade, establécese unha postura ergueita e sen esforzo.
- Enerxía: a mellora do funcionamento glandular e a relaxación profunda déixante fresco e acougado.
- Saúde: un estado de benestar consistente experiméntase cando a mente e o corpo están equilibrados. Mellora da circulación sanguínea.
Prácticaremos un estilo de ioga suave (Hatha) e Yin Ioga, onde equilibraremos enerxías (Yin e Yang) e darémoselle ao corpo a calma necesaria para elongar e estirar texidos conectivos (fascia, tendóns...) gañando flexibilidade e rango de movemento.

O obxectivo desta actividade é acadar melloras no seu rango funcional de movemento. Unha mobilidade ampla garante unha maior propiocepción, dominio do corpo e axuda ao traballo de forza no desenvolvemento paralelo da prevención de lesións.

The Campus of Pontevedra has a cardio-fitness room inside the university pavilion; it is fully equipped to practice different fitness activities.
Rules of use
- You can access with occasional entries, memberships or usage agreements signed with the University.
- You must be at least 16 years old to be able to access the facilities freely.
- The largest capacity of the facility is 35 people. If this capacity is exceeded, access will be denied to new users until there are new places available.
- You can not access with street footwear, slippers, sandals, non-sports clothing, bags or backpacks.
- You must use a towel inside the room to ensure a good hygiene.
- Continued use of cardiovascular equipment (stepper, elliptical bike, indoor rower, treadmills...) must last 30 minutes maximum.
- All users must return the material they used for their training to its original place. In any case, the alteration of the conditions of use of the different equipment (music equipment, bikes, mats, benches...) must be authorized by those in charge of the room.
- For security purposes, it is not allowed to overburden the machines with any additional weight.
- There will be general training routines available for any interested users and, if you need something more specific, do not hesitate to talk to the people in charge.
